Birth Doula Support
Birth support that honors your choices and your voice. As your local Marquette County Birth Doula my support focuses on helping you feel informed, cared for, and empowered as you move through pregnancy and birth. I provide steady guidance, evidence based education and continuous care for families both their home and within the hospital. My doula support follows you wherever your journey may lead.
Postpartum Doula Visits
Postpartum Doula visits helps families in Marquette settle in, recover, and ease transition in the early weeks after birth with supported care and confidence. From newborn care and feeding support to mental health check-ins and practical help, I’m provide guidance, reassurance, resources and a calm presence as you find your rhythm in the fourth trimester and through the first year postpartum!
Educational Classes
“Evidence-based, super conversational and fun!” That’s how families describe all of my childbirth education classes. These classes are offered in a verity of ways including in-person and virtually, group and private sessions. These classes are a space for you and your partner to ask questions, learn what works for you, connect and feel empowered and create a strong birth team as you navigate through the stages of pregnancy, labor, and parenting.

As a doula, educator, and homeschooling mom of three, I deeply understand how beautiful and ever changing pregnancy and parenting can be. I’ve been there - the endless questions, late night Googling, and moments of excitement.
These moments are why I’m so passionate about providing support and education that truly makes a difference. I believe every family deserves care that meets them where they are while honoring both the big and small milestones, sacred moments and everything in between.
My goal as a doula is to spread kindness, education and guidance that is rooted in experience, evidence, and genuine understanding to one Yooper family at a time.

Yes! UP Family Doula is proud to be the Upper Peninsula’s first Medicaid-enrolled Doula provider. Additionally we accept HSA/FSA and qualifying employer insurance.
We accept Medicaid and offer flexible payment plans so support is available for all families.
