Postpartum Doula visits are available to helps families in Marquette settle in, recover, and step into the early weeks after birth with ease and confidence. From newborn care and feeding support to emotional check-ins and practical help, I’m can offer guidance, reassurance, and a calm presence as you find your rhythm in the fourth trimester and through the first year postpartum!

As a doula, educator, and homeschooling mom of three, I deeply understand how beautiful and ever changing pregnancy and parenting can be. I’ve been there - the endless questions, late night Googling, and moments of excitement.
These moments are why I’m so passionate about providing support that truly makes a difference. I believe every family deserves support that meets them where they are while honoring both the big and small milestones, sacred moments and everything in between.
My goal as a doula is to spread love and empowerment and with care that is rooted in experience, evidence, and genuine understanding to one Yooper family at a time.

Yes! UP Family Doula is proud to be the Upper Peninsula’s first Medicaid-enrolled Doula provider. Additionally we accept HSA/FSA and qualifying employer insurance.
We accept Medicaid and offer flexible payment plans so support is available for every family.

The childbirth education classes I offer are interactive and designed around your real-life questions and goals. We cover labor comfort techniques, prenatal wellness, partner roles, and what to expect from both physiological and medical birth options. Each class is designed to help you and your partner feel informed, grounded, and empowered as you prepare for upcoming journey - not overwhelmed.
