  • Choose from a starter, weekly, or monthly package. Hourly rates are also available
  • I offer both day and night time support. Day hours run from 6am-6pm with night being 6pm-6am
  • Postpartum support can go up to age of 1

  • A complimentary discount is applied if you used UP Family Doula for Birth services

What is a Postpartum Doula?

As a postpartum doula I provide evidenced-based information on topics like newborn care, sleep and more. I also provide emotional and physical support on recovery from birth, parent-baby bonding, and helping siblings with the transition of having a new baby in the home. Is a Postpartum Doula like a nanny or maid?

While I do offer light house cleaning, meal prep and helping out with the children, that is not the primary job. I work with families on educational, emotional support and helping to make the transition of having a newborn easier. There are limitations to the tasks I do.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! If you would like to do a payment plan please let me know and we can work out a plan that works best for you. I also offer discounts.



Covid Updates: During our visits I will wear a mask and wash my hands frequently. I offer virtual services as well. If you would like more information on virtual services please contact me.
